Fixed foam in the four corners secures the radiator, preventing bending and damage.
The radiator's core size is 23.54" x 21.57" (length x height), with a 1.5" diameter inlet and outlet. It is made of a durable 100% aluminum core, TIG-welded end plastic tanks, and a silastic-made gasket with a brass transmission oil cooler, ensuring maximum cooling efficiency. The foldable and orderly-arranged aluminum fins offer a large, sufficient area for quickly dissipating heat.
Each radiator undergoes a professional test before delivery to ensure no leakage. Regular cleaning of the radiator is recommended to prevent clogging and maintain optimal cooling efficiency. It is important not to mix different brands of coolant. Additionally, specific instructions are provided for addressing potential issues, such as the radiator cap failing to release pressure, a damaged thermostat, a non-functioning radiator fan, and air in the cooling system.
