The height from the floor to the top of the heater should be 7.5" or greater; the distance from the bottom of the heating element to the top of the heater should be between 5" and 6.75". If the depth from the outside face of the finned tube heating element to the back plate is greater than 3.25", a wood molding can solve the depth issue.
