Add safety, functionality, and style to your home with our Unpainted MDF Radiator Cover Kits, which include everything you need to conceal your unsightly and hot cast iron radiators or baseboard heaters* and keep them out of sight and out of mind.
With 12 sizes to choose from, our radiator covers are ready to use as-is or can be painted at home to match your decor. All necessary hardware, including wall anchors, is included with this kit. Always proudly made in New York state! (*Please note: these covers are only for use with steam/hot water powered radiators - never cover electric heaters!)
To ensure a proper fit, be sure to account for pipes, valves, and windowsills in your measurements. The actual radiator or baseboard heater cannot exceed 36" L x 28" H x 9" D. These unpainted covers are made of specially formulated MDF, which is ideal for withstanding the dramatic changes in temperature and humidity that radiator covers are exposed to.
The covers come unpainted and ready for DIY finishing at home. The smooth surface is easy to paint to match your home's decor or can be used as-is for a minimalist, modern look. The open back and 1-inch overhang on the rear accommodate most quarter round, shoe molding, baseboards, or uneven flooring found in older homes.
Assembly is easy - all you need are a Philips (X) or slotted/flat head (-) screwdriver. For safety, always remember to attach the furniture to your walls to prevent tips. The necessary safety hardware is included with this cover.
