The coolant overflow tank is basically a remote reservoir for the radiator, providing an empty space for expanding coolant. A switchable inlet/outlet and level indicator can be placed on the right or left side of the can.
The oil catch tank is installed on the exhaust pipe to collect waste oil, protecting the engine and reducing carbon accumulation to extend the engine life.
The coolant overflow tank is mainly used to store coolant. When the coolant expands to a certain extent, the pressure regulating valve in the cap will open, allowing part of the coolant to flow into the overflow tank for storage. Similarly, when the temperature of the coolant decreases and the pressure drops, the coolant stored in the overflow tank will supplement the cooling system through the overflow pipe.
We have designed a drain plug at the bottom of the Coolant Overflow Tank for easy draining and cleaning. A switchable inlet/outlet and level indicator can be placed either on the right or left side of the can.
The overflow tank is made of 6061 aluminum alloy, with an anodized surface for durability and corrosion resistance. The whole tank body is TIG welded, and the cap at the opening is threaded with an O-ring to achieve a better sealing effect and prevent coolant leakage.
The Male fitting thread size is M14*1.5, which can work with a 3/8" ID pipe, making it suitable for most vehicles. Please measure before purchase to ensure there is enough space for installation.
